Foundation Certificate in Accounting (Level 2)
Although called Level 2, for many this is the entry point of accounting. If you’re studying the Level 2 course and you’re working in accountancy, you can expect to take home £17,865 per annum (based on AAT’s 2015 Salary Survey). As you might imagine, AAT Level 2 qualifies students for entry level roles, such as:
- Accounts Administration
- Accounting Assistant
- Accounts Payable Clerk
- Bookkeeper
- Payroll Administration
- Purchase/Sales Ledger Clerk
- Tax Assistant/Trainee
- Trainee Accounting Technician
